  I would urge you to avoid these solicitors at all costs. We had the misfortune of selling our flat to a (very pleasant) lady who employed Bromets as her conveyancers. Just for starters, Maria who was dealing with the sale apparently only works four days a week and finishes at two in the afternoon. She was virtually impossible to contact by telephone and did not return countless messages left for her by our solicitor. Neither were enquiries made by email dealt with. The tardiness of replies and action from Bromets put our whole chain in jeopardy as our buyer's mortgage offer was close to expiry (we finally managed to complete with a day to spare). Bromets crowning glory came over the Christmas period, when they insisted again and again that they had returned, via email, a vital document without which the sale could not proceed. Our solicitor was equally insistent she had not received the document. We had to break for Christmas still not knowing where this essential document was; finally after the holidays our estate agent asked Bromets for a copy of the email which had been sent with the document to try and ascertain who was telling the truth; it was then discovered that Bromets had been misspelling our solicitor's email (an email they'd successfully used several times before). Rather than check their own processes they kept informing their client that it must have been our solicitor at fault. Even on the day of completion the account they presented to my solicitor for the final settlement was incorrect. In short, Bromets were staggeringly incompetent, inefficient and tardy. Do not use these solicitors unless you want to risk your house purchase falling through.
  
  Note to Google admin: I have documented proof of everything I have said and would happily defend it in any forum, official or otherwise. I notice that another scathing review complaining of much the same problems has been removed, please do not remove this one as it is 100% true and accurate.
